Choice of Leads and Compatibility:

The leads are made as close as possible to the specifications stated/requested. While we are happy to offer advice, you will be responsible for checking that the lead you specify fits your setup.

For Instruments Other Than Guitars:

You need to check that your instrument has a 1/4" (same as a standard guitar) jack connection. We can't guarantee that it will work with your setup, but in general a standard guitar type lead will work. If not, we are happy to work with you to provide a solution that does.

PRO Leads:

SoundGuy.co.nz PRO Leads are of a quality such that there is little reason for them to fail. IF a PRO lead fails due to faulty workmanship within eighteen months, we will replace the lead at no charge other than postage (where applicable).

Standard Leads:

Failure Within Three Months:

If one of our leads should fail due to faulty workmanship within three months, we will replace the lead at no charge other than postage (where applicable).

Failure Outside Three Months: (But within eighteen months.)

If one of our leads should fail due to faulty workmanship outside three months, each lead will be assessed on a case by case basis, and we will endeavour to come up with a solution appropriate for all parties involved.

Other:

We do not cover damage due to negligence or lack of care, accidental or intentional.
